Must be registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) in the UK
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Postgraduate degree in architecture
3+ years of post-qualification experience in architecture
Proficient in Revit
Responsibilities
Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
Utilise knowledge of architecture in order to create ideal finished product
Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire process
Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

As an Architect with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, you will have a deep understanding of the RIBA process and be well-versed in all aspects of architectural design. Familiarity with Revit is a must, as we utilise this platform extensively. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in the education, housing, and commercial PRS sectors.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to take on the responsibility of managing projects from start to finish, ensuring their successful completion. You will also have the chance to engage directly with clients, therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. We use Revit and Enscape to bring our designs to life and effectively communicate our vision to clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect. You will have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. You should be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
