The Bell Tower is a Grade II listed building and for years this old school building was used as offices.

In 2008, A+G Architects were appointed for the renovation and conversion of the Grade II listed building, along with the adjacent auction rooms, into fourteen luxury apartments.

​

In renovating The Bell Tower, the building's features have been revitalised, while the conversion to apartments ensures the listing, and the building, will be maintained for years to come
