A private residence designed for a client who wanted to split their existing plot. A challenging landscape created an interesting design driver which resulted in an entrance at the first floor level. 

​

A traditional design was employed to marry nicely with the surrounding dwellings, however contemporary notes were added around the house to elevate it and provide visual interest.
