This project was for a new headquarters for the Sea Cadets and the creation of a new housing estate. This ambitious competition bid used traditional boat building techniques to inform the design and construction of the centre. Also 38 new dwellings were designed with a mixture of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed homes.
